Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy describes how Netfactor AB handles personal data on this website and in Netfactor's internal application for Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Who we are
Netfactor AB, company registration number 556862-4752, Kreugergatan 10, 392 51 Kalmar, Sweden. Netfactor AB is the data controller. Contact: info@netfactor.se.
This website
netfactor.se does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means that your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operation. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Our internal Google Ads and Google Analytics application
Netfactor runs an internal application that signs in with a Google account to manage and report on the Google Ads accounts and Google Analytics properties that Netfactor manages for itself and for the companies it works with. It is used only by Netfactor staff. It is not offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to it.
With your permission, the application requests access to:
-
Google Ads (scope
adwords): to read campaign performance, to create and manage campaigns, keywords, ads and conversion actions, and to upload conversions (purchases or inquiries that followed an ad click, sent only for website visitors who consented to it) in those accounts. -
Google Analytics (scopes
analytics.readonlyandanalytics.edit): to read reports and to manage settings such as custom dimensions in those properties.
The data the application receives is advertising and analytics data about Netfactor's own and its clients' accounts and websites, such as campaign metrics, costs, conversions and aggregated website statistics. The sign-in token is stored only on Netfactor's own systems. Reports are kept in Netfactor's private, access-controlled repository.
We do not sell this data. We do not share it with anyone other than the company whose account it concerns, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models. Netfactor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke the application's access at any time on your Google account's third-party access page. On request, we delete the stored sign-in token and any data we hold about you.
Legal basis and retention
We process data from Google Ads and Google Analytics to manage advertising and measurement on behalf of Netfactor and its clients (legitimate interest and contract). We keep it for as long as we manage the account in question, and delete it when the collaboration ends. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request access to, correction of and deletion of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact us at info@netfactor.se. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with its date at the top.
